I am able to open the secondary environment with iPython console from the Navigator and import and run python packages, so the env seems to be valid and working. I'm over the frustration, and am trying to appreciate the opportunity to deepen my Anaconda knowledge. It seems that every work around I try has some type of issue. Ultimately, I just need to get geopandas, and matplotlib working in Spyder.
